Who we are

Garza Home Solutions provides real estate brokerage and home-buying services in Texas. Mike Garza is a licensed Texas real estate agent. Depending on the transaction, we may act as a licensed real estate agent (for example, when listing a home) or as a buyer/investor purchasing a property directly. Which role applies will be disclosed to you in writing in each transaction before you sign anything.

What we are not

Garza Home Solutions is not a foreclosure consultant, a foreclosure-rescue service, or a mortgage-relief provider. We do not charge upfront fees to help you avoid foreclosure, and we do not negotiate with lenders, servicers, or taxing authorities on your behalf. We do not provide loan-modification services. Any request for money up front in exchange for "stopping" a foreclosure or "saving" your home is not something we offer.

You are always encouraged to communicate directly with your own lender or mortgage servicer, and, where relevant, your county tax office. Those parties manage your loan and your tax account, and they are the correct people to talk to about your payments, your account status, and any programs they offer.

Where Mike acts as a licensed Texas real estate agent, he represents the client according to Texas law and TREC rules, and the required agency disclosures will be provided. Where he or an affiliated entity acts as a buyer or investor, that role will be disclosed, and you may be advised to seek independent representation and to review the contract with your own attorney.
